- $250 flat rate

• 1-hour phone consultation 

• I will discuss any pressing design challenges, and explore the needs of a project and its desired outcome. 

• this would include helping/answering any questions the customer may have regarding the style of doors and windows they are interested in. 

• This would include frame style, types of doors/windows, finishes, hardware suggestions etc. 

• clients should send any related information before the conversation, photos of existing spaces, inspiration for doors and windows, etc., to give me the best understanding of what they are looking for. 

• this tier does not include selections of products. this offers only a conversation around door and window design a customer may have.

• This tier offers an in-depth custom design with a selected product breakdown for the customers’ project 

• this would include 

  • an initial phone consultation to get to know the client and their wants/needs for the project

  • a detailed 2D layout or elevation of the desired product 

  • a presentation including all designed details discussed and suggested

  • a quote containing all desired products

  • up to 2 revisions

- $250 consultation fee + an hourly rate

• this would include any projects that are on a smaller scope but clients still want and need advice and product selections

• this will include any other design questions outside the scope of doors and windows
